Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS ARE HANDLED IN A CASE BY CASE POLICY

I will handle each request for return in a case by case manner, with the goal of making all customers happy. I understand things can happen and problems in personal lives can arise.

Eligibility for Refunds are as follows:

Items must be in unused and same condition as received.

 You must provide receipt and/or proof of purchase

We have a 90 day return policy, which means you have 90 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

ANY AND ALL customized works bearing a requested brand, name, insignia, or distinguishing customization will not be accepted for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@zedore.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will be responsible for shipping and handling fees of your return

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your items, you will be notified of refund amount. Refund will be refunded to original form of payment.  This may take up to two weeks to be completed by your bank or account.

Exchanges

Exchanges of all custom goods are subject to all of the above policies as outlined in refunds.

Exchanges will be permitted after contacting us to confirm we have what you need in stock and ready to ship. Exchanges will be completed after we receive your item and inspect it for any issue. You will be responsible for shipping both ways for all exchanges.
